The Key Account Engineer is the ASM product expert who supports extensive customer and internal company contacts for coordinating the introduction of new products, product improvements, and product modifications. This includes leading projects/programs supporting these activities. The focus of this job is on managing all the technical account aspects of the customers in the assigned region.

Bachelor’s degree (or above) in chemical engineering, physics, or material science
5+ years (3+ years for master degree, or fresh Ph.D.) experience in the semiconductor wafer processing or capital equipment industry. Related work experience can include process engineering and technical marketing. Direct experience with silicon wafer processing is a benefit or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and ability have been achieved.
Written and verbal communication skills including excellent presentation skills required. Analytical thought and analysis abilities are needed to function in this position. Manage multiple conflicting priorities towards the local account teams and within ASMA in support of introducing new equipment at the involved customer(s). Computer literacy is required.

As HR Generalist, you are part of the Global HR team and accountable for delivering HR advice and solutions to managers and employees active in Korea. You will also support and collaborate with Global & Regional HR business partners and Experts.
The role requires both strategic thinking as well as tactical and hands on execution in a dynamic and demanding business environment. The main focus is on delivering HR services, while following the HR Service Delivery for managers and employees. Being part of ASM’s worldwide HR organization, there is a strong international focus and a 24/7 mentality to deliver world class service.
Leading a small team locally, the HR Generalist will also lead or contribute projects aimed at further improving our HR (global) processes and systems. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global HR Operations, you will participate in the planning, organizing, directing, assessing and controlling of HR policies and activities within the areas of attention and within Singapore as member of the Global HR Operations team.
Context of the position
The ASM HR Organization is responsible for the development and implementation of all activities concerning HR & Operations : Attract and Select, Identify and Develop, Engage and Reward and Enable and improve (processes, tooling/system and HR Analytics). The sector employs about 40 employees, with representation in Europe, the US and Asia. HR has implemented a tiered service delivery model (click, call, face) that enables the HR organization to deliver a world class service to ASM’s managers and employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Enforcer of Corporate Policies and DOA.
Supports the processing of all general ledger journals (e.g. prepayments, accruals, payroll related liabilities etc.,), Inter-company, Inventory and Fixed Assets transactions.

Reporting to the CM Lead Commodity Manager, the CM Manager, is the primary owner for the Contract Manufacturing (CM) supplier relationships and responsible for supply continuity of a Product Line and support NPI. Working closely with Manufacturing Engineering/Product teams, Quality Engineers, Program Management, Ops Production and Control and other Commodity Managers, and in accordance with the commodity strategy, this role will support the formulation and execution for overall supplier management strategy and is responsible for successfully managing the key relationships between Organization and the Contract Manufacturers.
