Global and local packages
While we fine-tune our compensation and benefits packages to match local market conditions, our approach is similar across the world. We set our pay and benefits in line with the rates in the semiconductor industry. As a general guide, you can expect the following compensation and benefit elements.
We set salary scales for each job level in every country where we operate. These scales are benchmarked against local market rates. Depending on the level of the job you're in, you'll be linked to a salary scale. This defines your pay level as well as the opportunity you have to increase your remuneration.
Depending on the country you work in, we pay additional allowances such as holiday allowance or a 13
th month payment on top of your monthly or fortnightly salary payments.
We provide a ‘pay for performance’ culture, offering variable pay linked to you meeting agreed objectives. If you exceed
your objectives you can receive an above-target payment.
In addition to your cash compensation, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package. Depending on the local market practice, we may offer you:

- a healthcare benefit plan including, for example, dental care;
- vacation and holiday pay as well as paid time off;
