Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the Global Operations (GOPS) team (Manufacturing, Production Planning, Procurement, and Quality Engineering)
- Assist Product Manufacturing Engineer to define and create manufacturing procedures, build sequence, methods, and quality documentation i.e. Operation Method Sheet (OMS), work instructions, test procedures, inspection checklists, etc. according to material and assembly specifications.
- Support the execution of continuous improvement projects on quality, cost, capacity, and efficiency enhancement with cross-functional teams in GOPS and BU.
- Work with the Product Manufacturing Engineer on daily SAP PLM operational activities
- Assigned to provide additional support in performing systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing issues and deviations based on products needs
Prerequisites
- Minimum a Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related Engineering studies
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing, equipment servicing or clean room manufacturing environment
General/ Technical Skillsets
- Ability to:
- Write procedures and create checklists
- Read 2D Mechanical or Electrical drawings
- Interpret electrical or Pneumatic schematics
- Knowledge in Lean manufacturing methodologies, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, Problem solving tools
Software Knowledge
- Microsoft office skills
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, 3D CAD, PTC Creo or Visual Enterprise Autho
- Experience with SAP PLM, major ERP or MRP systems and processes at user level
Soft skills:
- Details-oriented and with the ability to analyze data and drive for conclusions
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate with cross functional team
- Able to work independently
