Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and install new utilities for Cleanroom/Laboratory
  • Manage facility operation, including infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities for coolers, air handling devices, and clean rooms
  • Perform periodic and fault maintenance on facilities
  • Support determination of facilities and equipment specifications
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations by checking standard operating procedures and preparing facility documents for regulatory audits
  • Design and implement facility expansion, deployment, and various systems and quality management.
  • Plan and coordinate infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities
  • Lead device and equipment procurement and perform project cost analysis and budget preparation

 

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of professional work experience maintaining utilities in a Cleanroom/Laboratory environment
  • Degree in engineering / science field  
  • Native of fluent proficiency in Japanese for communication with local vendors
  • Entry-level proficiency in English
  • Experience in facility equipment troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD (preferred), SAP, MS Office and other related tools
  • Strong business acumen with a sense of accountability and understanding of regulations
  • Ability to work overtime and on holidays if needed (substitute leave will be given)
