Job's mission: Be the voice of ASM for the financial community
Investor Relations (IR) at ASM is a pivotal function, directly contributing to our global visibility and growth. As an Investor Relations Specialist, you will report to the Head of IR and serve as a key conduit between ASM and the financial community. Your role will enhance ASM’s presence among top-tier investors while showcasing our commitment to innovation, growth, and transparency.

What you will be working on:
- Prepare financial reporting materials, including press releases, investor presentations, and the annual report.
- Participate in investor engagement activities, such as calls, meetings, and conferences.
- Analyze industry news, share price developments, and peers’ financial reporting to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including management, finance, legal, marketing, people, and sustainability, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Contribute to enhancing ASM’s investor relations program, promoting best practices and innovative approaches.
What we are looking for:
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business, or strong affinity with finance.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Investor Relations or a related role.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular).
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
