  • Act as a senior technical authority and escalation point for Field Service Engineers and Technicians
  • Lead safety management, collaborate with EHS, define guidelines, and champion departmental improvement initiatives
  • Integrate new process modules and validate technology transfers across multiple product lines
  • Qualify new metrology platforms and establish guard‑band specifications
  • Implement advanced statistical methods to identify latent defects and performance risks
  • Lead failure‑mode reviews and drive multi‑fab prevention strategies
  • Build long‑term customer partnerships and translate customer technology roadmaps into R&D requirements

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience; or
PhD with 4+ years of experience
  • Expert‑level understanding of system interactions across mechanical, electrical, software, and process domains
  • Extensive experience leading external escalations and cross‑platform investigations
  • Proven ability to perform complex failure‑mode analysis and create preventative strategies
  • Skilled in DOE design, advanced statistical methods, and metrology qualification
  • Strong communication skills, able to clearly convey technical issues to cross‑functional and customer stakeholders
  • Demonstrated capability to lead safety programs and partner with EHS
Ability to work independently and guide teams through pressure‑driven technical situations
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Proficiency with MS Office

What sets you apart

  • Expertise across two ASM toolsets in all configurations
  • Experience influencing product and process roadmaps through field insights
  • Strong background in instrumentation troubleshooting and measurement‑technique selection
