Job's mission

You will work on mechanical design for PECVD tool and its evaluation.

What you will be working on

  • Learn entire process chamber configurations including gas parts, vacuum parts, RF parts, control part and etc.
  • Design particular portion mentioned above to improve performance. (Current problem and success criteria will be shared before designing it. And discuss how to improve it.)
  • Install the parts to the lab tool.
  • Evaluate the performance.

What we are looking for

  • A student majoring in mechanical engineering who hopes to work in the semiconductor industry in the future.
  • General mechanical engineering knowledge.
  • Mechanical design knowledge.
  • 3D CAD skill.
