Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Finance Business Partner to Core Corporate Functions such as Corporate Business Development, Risk Management, Tax, Government Relations and Environmental, Health & Safety teams
  • Monthly financial controlling, compliance with internal controls and analysis for responsible corporate functions
  • Month end closing activities of responsible corporate functions
  • Monthly forecasting and annual budgeting of responsible corporate functions
  • Assist and support for monthly corporate and group reporting
  • Assist and support for annual budgeting exercise
  • Drive cost and efficiency improvements of responsible corporate functions
  • Support implementation of financial projects for responsible corporate functions and other projects for corporate reporting such as new platform implementation and M&A integrations

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Self-motivated and results oriented with a strong business acumen
  • Proven success in preparing financial forecasts and budgets; able to prioritize when meeting deadlines
  • Hands-on, proactive, meticulous with keen attention to details
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills along with the confidence to excel in an ambiguous environment with a flexible mindset approach
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with executive audiences
  • Deep understanding of accounting principles and best financial practices
  • Proficiency with SAP or other fully integrated ERP systems
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed reporting organization

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
  • 5 – 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing with minimum 3 years of experience in the FP&A field, combined with other business/finance control roles and/or Big4 background
