This year, Singapore’s semiconductor industry marks its 55-year milestone, while we at ASM are celebrating our 25-year journey in this vibrant nation. Since the semiconductor giants started to establish their operations in Singapore in 1968, the industry has flourished, and the country has gained significance in the global semiconductor landscape. 

ASM’s story in Singapore began in 1998 with a customer sales and service office. Today, with our state-of-the-art facility at Woodlands Height, our Singapore base has evolved into the company’s centralized manufacturing and operations hub, tripling our global production. With over 1,000 bright minds from across 20 nations, we aim to make lasting contributions to Singapore’s dynamic semiconductor ecosystem where innovation can flourish.
