The Fixed-Term Sourcing Specialist/Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Global Sourcing leadership team. This role is responsible for calendar management, meeting coordination, data administration, reporting, and maintaining sourcing-related information to support effective decision-making and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and leadership communications.
  • Prepare agendas, presentation materials, meeting notes, and follow-up action trackers.
  • Maintain, organize, and validate sourcing-related data, reports, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Consolidate information from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Generate routine and ad hoc reports for leadership reviews and business updates.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to gather information and support project execution.
  • Track action items, milestones, and deliverables across sourcing initiatives.
  • Support document control, filing systems, and records management activities.
  • Assist with special projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative, business support, project coordination, or related experience.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or operations environments.
  • Experience with data visualization, reporting tools, or business analytics platforms.
