We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to own the global administration of our Long-Term Incentive (LTI) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) programs. This role is primarily execution-focused and responsible for the administration of our global LTI and ESPP programs. It requires close coordination across various countries and functions to ensure consistent and compliant delivery of equity programs. You will oversee key operational processes, ensure data accuracy, and act as the primary point of contact with external equity administration vendors.
Your tasks on a day-to-day basis will mainly involve:
- Manage the end-to-end administration of global LTI and ESPP programs (including enrollment periods, equity transactions, and employee communications)
- Maintain and align participant data, ensuring accuracy across HR, payroll, and vendor systems across multiple global locations.
- Support country-specific operational requirements related to payroll, tax, legal, and reporting processes.
- Partner with regional HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to support smooth program execution across global employee populations.
- Act as the primary contact for our equity administration and ESPP vendors (resolving issues, coordinating system changes, driving improvements)
- Maintain process documentation and internal control for equity administration
- Respond to employee questions about LTI and ESPP participation with clarity and professionalism
- Support year-end reporting, tax filings, and audits related to equity programs
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resource related field
- At least three years’ experience in global compensation, equity administration, or total rewards (preferably on a global scale)
- Fluency in English
- Prior involvement in ESPP implementation is strongly preferred
- Hands on experience with ESPP and/or LTI administration
- Working knowledge of equity administration platforms (e.g. Shareworks, ComputerShare, Fidelity, or similar)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple global stakeholders and external service providers across time zones and cultures.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong process/organizational skills
- Sensitivity and sound judgement in handling confidential information
