  • Share lessons learned, troubleshooting findings, and technical resolutions with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service delivery and proactive communication.
  • Follow ASM safety procedures and exercise stop-work authority when unsafe conditions exist.
  • Work in semiconductor cleanroom environments while adhering to required PPE and safety protocols.
  • Travel domestically and internationally (25–75%) as required to support customer operations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent military technical training.
  • Minimum of 5 years of field service, customer support, or semiconductor manufacturing experience supporting complex capital equipment.

  • Familiarity with robotics, motion control systems, and microprocessor-based controllers.
  • Understanding of software fundamentals and equipment control systems.
  • Experience handling or working around toxic and/or flammable gases and chemicals in semiconductor environments.
  • Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies and root-cause analysis techniques.
  • Proven ability to develop strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service in demanding production environments.
  • Experience maintaining detailed service documentation and technical reports.
