Job's mission
Ready to turn what you've learned at university into technology that moves the physical world?
Join our Software Engineering team in Singapore and help develop software for advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. You will work alongside experienced engineers, build your technical skills, and see how software interacts with precision robotics, sensors, motion-control systems, and complex automation.
If you want to build software that connects code with machines and contributes to the technologies powering AI, computing, and mobility, this is where your career can begin.
What you will be working on
- Develop, test, and improve reliable software for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Build your skills in Object-Oriented Design, multithreading, event-driven architectures, debugging, and modern software development using C++, C#, or Python.
- Work with real equipment and simulation environments to validate software-hardware integration and troubleshoot system interactions.
- Use Git-based development, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern debugging tools.
- Explore the responsible use of AI-assisted software development tools.
- Collaborate with Software, Systems, Hardware, Firmware, Quality Assurance, and other engineering teams locally and globally.
How we set you up for success
- Engineering mentorship through technical guidance, code reviews, architecture discussions, and domain onboarding.
- Hands-on exposure to semiconductor equipment and simulation environments.
- Opportunities to build expertise in equipment automation, real-time systems, software platforms, hardware-software integration, and systems architecture.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- A solid programming foundation in C++, C#, Python, or another object-oriented language.
- Understanding of fundamental software concepts, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Curiosity about how software interacts with operating systems, communications, hardware, and complex machines.
- A willingness to learn, experiment, collaborate, and tackle unfamiliar engineering challenges
What sets you apart
Experience through university projects, internships, research, hackathons, or personal projects involving one or more of the following:
- Robotics, automation, or motion control.
- Embedded or real-time systems.
- Multithreaded software.
- Computer vision or AI/ML.
- Hardware-software integration.
- Automated testing or simulation.
- Git/GitHub and modern debugging or profiling tools.
- Communication technologies such as TCP/IP, WebSockets, IPC, or semiconductor standards such as SECS/GEM.
We're interested in what you've built, what you've learned, and your curiosity to go deeper.
Apply today to be part of what’s next.
We make the tech that enables the chips in devices which improve lives around the world. We do this with an eye to the future, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible through cutting-edge innovation, and driving the next wave of technological breakthroughs that shape how we live, work, and connect.
