Job's mission
What you will be working on
- Define and drive overall NPI program schedules, ensuring alignment with execution plans and successful delivery of key milestones across the product lifecycle, including tool delivery in Global Operations
- Lead regular program meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, providing clear status updates and identifying risks, gaps, and support needed
- Track progress against program objectives and timelines, ensuring transparency and accountability across teams
- Develop and implement metrics to measure NPI program performance and drive continuous improvement across product introductions
- Partner with key stakeholders to support strategic product commercialization initiatives and enhance operational processes
What we are looking for
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in program management or engineering project leadership for configurable products
- Proven experience managing projects from concept through high-volume production within semiconductor capital equipment environment
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
