Job’s mission
As part of our global Talent, Leadership & Culture Center of Expertise, you’ll help shape the way we grow talent at ASM. You’ll support or lead innovative learning solutions that unlock leadership potential, power our people’s growth, and fuel the innovation that ASM is known for. This is your chance to drive real impact by embedding a culture of learning, inclusion, and continuous improvement across a fast-moving, high-tech, global company.
What you will be working on
- Support the design and rollout of multi-modal learning pathways blending microlearning, social and on-the-job learning that build behavioral and leadership capabilities across the organization.
- Support the identification, onboarding and adoption of external content providers (e.g. Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning), including content curation, quality review, licensing coordination, and tracking usage and uptake.
- Design learner-centric experiences grounded in adult learning principles, using a variety of delivery methods including e-learning, coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job learning.
- Contribute to job architecture and career progression frameworks, supporting competency-based job families that enable organizational scaling and talent mobility.
- Help launch and scale the Digital Academy, coordinating content curation, learner journeys, and communications to drive engagement and adoption company-wide
- Apply learning analytics to track engagement and measure behavioral change and help build evaluation frameworks that extend beyond traditional models to include business-impact and ROI metrics, translating data into practical recommendations.
- Partner with business and HR stakeholders including the Technical Training team, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Partners, and Communications to implement learning initiatives effectively
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, HR Development, Education, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in L&D, Talent, or Culture roles in organizations with a mature, well-embedded learning culture, designing and supporting corporate learning programs, ideally including exposure to competency frameworks, assessments, and external vendors/content platforms.
- Hands-on experience with digital learning design and e-learning platforms (LMS/LXP), and familiarity with content marketplaces such as Coursera, Udemy, or LinkedIn Learning.
- Strong project management and stakeholder-collaboration skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and keep them on track.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (near-native fluency), essential for collaborating with global and regional stakeholders.
- A self-starter with a hands-on spirit, able to balance thoughtful design with operational delivery and thrive in a fast-scaling, global environment.
