Job’s mission
As a Customer Kit Management (CKM) Service Operations Lead / Principal Specialist, you will drive and optimize ASM’s CKM service operations across customer sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performance operation of critical semiconductor equipment.
You will take ownership of operational strategy, cross-regional alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact fab productivity and customer satisfaction, contributing to technologies powering AI, 5G, and cloud computing.

What you will be working on

  • Lead and optimize CKM service operations, including material readiness and execution of chamber kit replacements for scheduled preventative maintenance
  • Own and continuously improve end-to-end planning and forecasting processes (maintenance cadence, kit readiness, inventory strategy, and logistics flow)
  • Act as a key point of contact across regions (U.S., Taiwan, Japan, etc.), ensuring alignment on operational priorities, KPIs, and performance expectations
Drive and facilitate daily/weekly/strategic reviews, providing insights, risk mitigation plans, and escalation management
Partner with Logistics/Warehouse, Field Service, Quality, and Value Engineering teams to proactively identify systemic issues and implement sustainable solutions
  • Lead initiatives to improve Turnaround Time (TaT), parts quality, on-time delivery, and supplier performance, including root cause analysis and corrective action programs
  • Define and implement process standardization, best practices, and governance frameworks across CKM operations
Utilize data analytics to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and drive decision-making

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in service operations, supply chain, or logistics within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
  • Strong expertise in operations planning, forecasting, and cross-functional program management
  • Ability to lead complex, cross-regional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment
  • High degree of ownership, accountability, and ability to drive results in a fast-paced setting

What sets you apart

  • Experience leading end-to-end operational improvement or transformation projects
  • Strong knowledge of CKM / spare parts management / field service operations
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems, including data analysis and process optimization
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Experience working in a customer-facing, high-urgency environment with competing priorities
