Job's mission
As a Global Logistics Process Lead, you will strengthen ASM’s global logistics capabilities by shaping standards that support our long-term growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with global process owners, IT, and cross-functional teams to enhance system performance (SAP, Logistics Control Tower), drive harmonization, and elevate logistics efficiency across regions. Your work will help ensure that our supply chain is resilient, data-driven, and ready for what’s next in the semiconductor industry.
What you will be working on
- Lead end-to-end process mapping and standardization efforts, simplifying workflows and translating business requirements into scalable digital capabilities and solutions.
- Own global logistics process standards and the associated business capability roadmap, driving alignment from process design through implementation, adoption, and sustainment.
- Define and prioritize business requirements for end-to-end logistics solutions, partnering with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to support solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Establish and govern master data standards, business rules, process controls, performance measures, and traceability requirements to enable safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives.
- Partner with Planning, Sourcing and Manufacturing teams to optimize end-to-end processes and improve operational performance.
- Ensure logistics system capabilities align with enterprise process standards, digital platform strategy, and target-state business process design.
- Collaborate with global process owners, functional leaders, and IT teams to continuously enhance system capabilities, improve user adoption, and advance process and platform maturity.
- Ensure logistics processes, controls, and system configurations comply with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership on process performance, standardization opportunities, capability gaps, and continuous improvement priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that leverage process, system, and operational data to increase efficiency, visibility, decision quality, and business outcomes.
What we are looking for
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Logistics Control Tower solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across time zones and cultures.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with experience in fast-paced, high-mix environments.
