Dividends

At ASM we aim to pay a sustainable annual dividend. Annually, the Supervisory Board, upon proposal of the Management Board, will assess the amount of dividend that will be proposed to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).

On May 13, 2024, the AGM approved a dividend of €2.75 per share, marking the 14th consecutive year that ASM has paid a dividend. 

  • Ex-dividend date: May 15, 2024
  • Record date: May 16, 2024
  • Payment date: May 22, 2024

Share buyback

On February 27, 2024, ASM announced the authorization of a new share buyback program of up to €150 million. The program started on May 15, 2024, and was completed on July 25, 2024. In total, we repurchased 228,389 shares at an average price of €656.77, under the 2024 program. 

 

Weekly update share buyback:

In the week of July 22, 2024, we purchased 52,938 shares at an average of EUR 624.17. These transactions completed the 2024 share buyback program. For additional details click on this link.
