ビジネス成功の重要な推進力として、お客様のクリーンルーム内での装置の設置、調整、メンテナンス業務。また、経験者の方の場合は、プロセス開発および改善業務にも従事いただきます。

主な職務内容

  • すべての安全手順を厳守し、安全と品質を最優先に推進する。
  • 半導体プロセス装置の設置、アップグレード、および保守作業を実施する。
  • 顧客とのコミュニケーション(電話、メール、対面)を通じて、効率的かつ一貫した顧客サポートを促進する。
  • 装置のログデータを分析し、顧客向けにレポートを作成する(MS PowerPoint、MS Word、MS Excelを使用)。
  • ツールの稼働時間を最大化し、ハードウェアの問題に関する設置およびサポートを確実に実行する。
  • 新しい評価プロジェクトを管理し、プロジェクトの成功に責任を持つ。

応募資格

  • 学歴: 高校卒業または機械工学、電気工学、関連分野の学士号。
  • 関連業界でのフィールドサービスエンジニアとしての5年以上の経験。
  • お客様とコミュニケーションを円滑にとるためのコミュニケーションスキル。
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語能力(JLPT N2以上)

Position : (Senior)Field Service Engineer

Location: Hiroshima, Japan 

 POSITION SUMMARY

As a key driver of business success, you will play a vital role in strengthening and enabling business success through developing and improving processes run on our tool sets at customer sites. You will be responsible for understanding our customers’ needs and providing tool support with alignment with headquarter to ensure we deliver service and value to meet and exceed customers’ expectation.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Strictly comply with all safety procedures and consistently promote safety and quality as number one priority.
  • Perform semiconductor process equipment installation, upgrade, and maintenance tasks.
  • Communicate with the customer (by phone, email, and in person) to facilitate efficient and consistent customer support.
  • Analyze equipment log data and prepare reports to customer (in MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel). 
  • Ensure maximum tool uptime and excellent execution of installation and support of hardware issues.
  • Projects manage new evaluations and take ownership project success.
  • Professionally represent the company to the customer. Be committed to customer satisfaction and develop good customer relations by maintaining standards of conduct acceptable to both ASM and customers. 
  • May perform other related duties as assigned or requested by manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Education degree: ‘High school educate or Bachelor degree of Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or related field.

• Experienced at least 5 years as field service engineer in related industry.

• Excellent communication skills to exchange information

• Business level of Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
