Job’s mission
As a Senior Lead, Operational Excellence, you will strengthen ASM’s manufacturing and supply chain performance through transformation, data‑driven process improvements, and disciplined Lean capability building. You will lead high‑impact initiatives that drive efficiency, quality, speed, and operational maturity across our global network. Through coaching, collaboration, and technical leadership, you will help embed a culture of continuous improvement and equip teams to deliver meaningful, sustained change.
What you will be working on
- Drive major Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous‑improvement transformation projects from scoping to deployment and long-term sustainment.
- Build organizational capability by coaching Green Belts and Black Belts, supporting training programs, and ensuring consistent use of Lean, DMAIC, and statistical methodologies.
- Partner with the Operational Excellence Director to translate strategic priorities into transformation roadmaps, governance structures, and prioritized project portfolios.
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing and supply chain processes to reduce waste, enhance throughput, and improve cost, quality, service levels, and lead time.
- Apply advanced analytics, process‑capability tools, and root‑cause techniques to identify issues and drive long-term improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, planning, and quality to drive alignment and ensure successful deployment of OE initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline, empowering teams to adopt Lean thinking in daily operations.
- Manage OE governance processes, maintain a strong pipeline of improvement projects, and track performance indicators such as cost savings, inventory efficiency, and quality performance.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related technical field.
- Certified Master Black Belt (or equivalent highest-tier Lean Six Sigma certification).
- At least 15 years of experience in manufacturing and/or supply‑chain operations, ideally within high‑tech, capital equipment, engineering, or semiconductor environments.
- Proven success leading large-scale transformation or process‑excellence programs with measurable operational impact.
- Strong analytical and statistical problem‑solving capabilities, including experience with process capability analysis and Lean tools.
- Demonstrated experience coaching Green Belts and/or Black Belts to deliver successful improvement projects.
- Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
What sets you apart

- Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, planning tools, BI platforms, or process automation/digitalization technologies.
