Job's mission
As a Sales Support Specialist at ASM Korea, you will support day‑to‑day sales operations by ensuring accurate order processing, forecasting support, and smooth coordination across internal teams.
This role is well‑suited for early‑career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in sales operations, order management, and global business exposure within a matrixed organization.
What you will be working on
- Support Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes including order booking, shipment tracking, and basic invoice/payment follow‑up.
- Assist Account Managers with sales forecasting updates and data consolidation.
- Prepare and manage quotations and basic order configurations in ERP systems under guidance.
- Review customer documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to order processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics to support smooth execution.
- Track order status, shipment progress, and customer acceptance (FA) updates.
- Support periodic internal checks and documentation required for audit or compliance purposes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales operations activities.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1~3 years of work experience, preferably in sales support, operations, or administrative roles.
- Basic understanding of order management or sales operations processes.
- Ability to work with data, reports, and business documents with strong attention to detail.
- English communication skills sufficient for written communication and routine meetings.
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner.

- Internship or early career experience in sales operations, order management, or ERP‑related roles.
- Familiarity with SAP, CRM, Salesforce, or Excel‑based reporting.
- Experience working in a global or cross‑functional environment.
