Job's mission

The Specialist I/II, Operations Intelligence, Decision Intelligence supports analytical modeling, KPI reporting, and data exploration to improve operational insights and decision-making. The role contributes to the translation of business data into actionable intelligence for operations and supply chain teams. Your work will directly contribute to smarter, data-driven decisions that optimize efficiency, quality, and scalability in a high-tech semiconductor environment.

What you will be working on

  • Analyze large operational and supply chain datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports to support KPI tracking and decision-making
  • Build and support statistical and predictive models, including feature engineering and validation
  • Perform data preprocessing, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data reliability and usability
  • Define and standardize metrics, ensuring consistency and business relevance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical problems and solutions
  • Communicate insights clearly through data storytelling, visualizations, and structured analysis
  • Support continuous improvement of data workflows, tools, and methodologies

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year or relevant internship experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence roles
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis
  • Solid foundation in statistics including hypothesis testing and regression
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools
  • Ability to structure and analyze complex datasets to generate insights
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication and collaboration skills

What sets you apart

  • Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics
  • Familiarity with operations or supply chain data
  • Experience working with large-scale or messy datasets
  • Knowledge of data pipelines or workflow tools
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Curiosity-driven mindset with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
