Job’s Mission
As an Administration Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the ASM leadership team for the SK Hynix account, focusing on seamless operational execution and fostering a collaborative team culture. Reporting directly to the Service Director, this role is ideal for one who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to grow alongside the team. Whether you bring prior experience or are early in your career, we value candidates who can quickly adapt, contribute positively, and build strong relationships across the organization.
What You Will Be Working On
- Provide dependable administrative support to the local leadership team.
- Prepare and distribute reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc).
- Manage general office tasks and assist with departmental operations.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership on administrative and operational matters.
- Plan and coordinate site social events (e.g., team-building activities).
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and respond to special requests with creative problem-solving.
- Support a strong safety culture in all activities.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred; equivalent experience and skills also considered.
- Experience in data management and administrative support is preferred.
- Strong PC and software skills; familiarity with SAP and Concur is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills—both English and Korean.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A positive, professional attitude and strong internal customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow quickly, especially for junior candidates.
- General understanding of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Commute to Icheon Office
