Job's mission
As an Inventory Control Analyst, you’ll be part of a global team that ensures our materials and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory are optimized to support production and innovation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor, analyze, and manage inventory across ASM’s global operations. What you will be working on
- Support inventory control measures across global sites to meet inventory KPIs and working capital targets
- Monitor and report inventory levels and components across functions
- Conduct predictive analysis and proactively mitigate inventory risks
- Review and manage aging and slow-moving inventory with cross-functional teams
- Track and resolve aging WIP issues by collaborating with manufacturing and planning teams
- Support global materials programs aligned with ASM’s inventory strategy
- Execute and report on assigned inventory management actions and projects
- Contribute as a specialist in inventory control within a global manufacturing environment
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or Supply Chain Management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA
- Familiarity with inventory management concepts and optimization strategies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
What sets you apart
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hanna MM and PP modules
- Understanding of planning and supply chain operations
