Investor relations (IR) at ASM is a strategic function. IR combines expertise in various disciplines such as finance and communications to build strong relationships with the investment community. With over €20 billion market cap, ASM’s visibility among top-tier investors has grown significantly in recent years.
In the role of Investor Relations Analyst, you will operate within a dynamic, high-tech environment where each day presents new challenges and opportunities. This position is well-suited for individuals who demonstrate resilience in the face of change, possess strong analytical capabilities, and thrive in fast-paced settings. Your key focus areas will be:
- Assist with the preparation of financial reporting materials, including press releases, investor presentations, and the annual report.
- Prepare and analyze broker consensus; peer & industry analyses
- Monitor news, share price developments, and broker reports on peers and our industry
- Assist with CRM updates, IR statistics, and preparation of internal reports
- Regularly updating the IR website
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including management, finance, legal, marketing, HR, sustainability.
Job requirements:
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a demonstrated strong affinity with finance
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in IR or comparable roles
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Team player with a curious mindset, positive attitude, and open-minded approach
- Flexible and resilient under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
