Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent execution of installation and support of hardware issues.
  • Ensure the relevance of technical information used by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups to support strong customer relationships.
  • Additional assigned tasks when necessary.
  • Business travel as required (approximately 50% travel).
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and industry standards while working on-site, ensuring all activities are compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Collect and communicate field data, customer feedback, and equipment performance insights to internal teams for continuous product and service improvement.

Shift work/On call working mode will be required.
Valid driver's license is required for this role.
Domestic and International travel of at least 25%~50% will be required for this role. 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • No prior experience required, but internships or hands-on experience in a related field is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, or automation systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering diagrams.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software for equipment troubleshooting.
  • Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work at customer sites.
