【職務概要】
ERP（SAP）システムを活用し、部品発注や見積作成やSales Order管理、顧客対応を行うポジションです。標準的な業務手順に基づき、正確かつ迅速な対応が求められます。
【主な業務内容】
・部品発注・手配業務
・Sales Order管理
・部門内の経費精算
・電話、メールにて顧客とのコミュニケーション
・その他営業やサービス部門の補助業務など
【求めるスキル・人物像】
- 正確性と注意力
提出する見積や資料、数値に誤りがないよう、細部まで注意を払って業務を遂行できる方。ケアレスミスを防ぎ、正確な情報提供ができることが求められます。 - スピード感のある対応力
顧客からの問い合わせに対して、迅速かつ柔軟に対応できる方。業務の優先順位を適切に判断し、タイムリーな対応ができることが重要です。 - 顧客志向
顧客のニーズを理解し、また自社の状況に合わせて丁寧かつ適切なコミュニケーションができる方。問い合わせを放置せず、積極的に対応する姿勢が求められます。 - 柔軟性と協調性
チームメンバーや他部署と連携しながら、状況に応じて柔軟に対応できる方。指示を受けながらも、自ら考えて行動できる方を希望です。 - 英語力（メールまたはチャットを中心としたコミュニケーションになります）日本語ができない社内の他部門とのやり取りがあるため
勤務地：川崎市麻生区栗木（最寄り駅：小田急線多摩線黒川駅）
週2～3日の在宅勤務が可能です。
