Job's mission

As the Director, IT Business Partnering, you will shape how technology fuels ASM’s global strategy. Partnering with senior leaders across regions, you will co-create digital transformation roadmaps that unlock measurable business impact and strengthen our worldwide operations. This role leads the teams that translate business needs into scalable, future-ready digital solutions — driving innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the company.

What you will be working on

  • Lead the global IT Business Partnering function as the strategic connector between business leaders and IT domain teams.
  • Shape multi-year digital transformation roadmaps that enable growth, innovation, and operational excellence across global manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions.
  • Guide and develop a global team of IT Business Partners and IT Business Analysts to translate processes into streamlined digital workflows and architectures.
  • Build strong relationships with senior executive stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor for technology-enabled business initiatives.
  • Partner closely with IT leaders across applications, MES, cloud, infrastructure, data, security, and AI to deliver cross-functional CIP and innovation programs.
  • Promote modern digital practices, including automation, predictive analytics, low-code development, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement within global IT teams.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT service delivery, technology transformation, business partnering, or program delivery.
  • Proven success leading global teams in complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable digital and IT roadmaps.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior leadership, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic alignment skills across regions and functions.

What sets you apart

  • Experience driving digital transformation in manufacturing or other complex, technology-driven industries.
  • Broad technology exposure across enterprise applications (SAP and non-SAP), MES, cloud, data platforms, automation, and AI.
  • Demonstrated success shaping IT operating models and building high-performing business analysis functions.
  • Background advising senior executives on digital strategy and enterprise technology portfolios.
