Job Summary
- Global Materials Availability Strategy: Develop and execute materials availability programs and strategies to support global Spares and Services business needs.
- Risk Mitigation & Supply Chain Security: Proactively identify and resolve material shortages, supplier capacity constraints, and logistical risks to ensure continuity.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between Planning, Customer Service, Expeditor, Commodity Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to align on material requirements and fulfillment priorities.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead material readiness for NPI, ensuring Recommended Stock List (RSL) materials are available to support new tool install and qualification, and ramp for high-volume production.
- Sustainability: Collaboration with After-Market and Chamber Kit Management (CKM) teams to implement material recovery, recycling, and sustainable material strategies.
- Materials expedition: Ensure timely materials delivery to customer by coordinating with external vendor and/or internal business partners, allocating critical constrained materials, monitoring warehouse and logistics deliveries, and resolving delays to achieve customer satisfaction.
Skills / Competencies Required
- Bachelors' or higher with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Ability to lead high-performance global team across functions/geographics with collaboration with internal/external stakeholders
- Senior leadership experience in customer service, planning, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Analytical mindset for making data-driven decisions for global logistics network and optimization projects
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively to diverse audiences
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and process rigor
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement process
- Strong ability to interpret, summarize, and restructure data for clarity and impact
- Track record of developing impactful KPIs and strategic program results
