What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
  • 5-6+ years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry supporting equipment in R&D, lab, or manufacturing environments
  • Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of wafer fab operations, gas and vacuum systems, and equipment control concepts
  • Familiarity with cleanroom or laboratory environments and safe handling of chemicals, gases, or related systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Korean and work collaboratively across engineering teams

What sets you apart

  • Experience with deposition equipment such as PEALD, PECVD, or similar thin-film tools
  • Expertise to RF-induced plasma systems, electro-pneumatic controls, robotics, or microprocessor-based controllers
  • Experience supporting early-stage or first-of-kind equipment in an R&D environment
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving
