フィールドサービスエンジニア（半導体装置）
勤務地：北海道・苫小牧オフィス（顧客先：千歳）
業務内容
半導体の成膜工程において不可欠な装置の保守・メンテナンス・テクニカルサポートを中心に、装置の改善・改良提案など幅広い業務を担当いただきます。
業務詳細
- 入社後はOJTを通じて装置の構造や機能について理解を深めていただきます。
- 顧客先での装置の納入・立ち上げを担当し、運用開始後はメンテナンスやサステニング業務を通じて、装置のカスタマイズ・改良・修復などを行います。
- 装置に重大な不具合が発生した場合は、分析・解析を行い、専門領域のエンジニアと連携して解決策を導きます。
- 顧客ニーズに応じた技術的な提案や改善活動も積極的に行っていただきます。

- フィールドサービスやメンテナンス業務の経験者歓迎
- 顧客対応力・コミュニケーション力のある方
