■業務内容
ご入社後まずは国内・アメリカトレーニングセンターでの実践研修を経て、弊社の装置への理解を深めていただきます。その後、お客様（半導体デバイスメーカー）のクリーンルーム内で、2－5名のチームとなり、ASMの装置を設置し、立ち上げを行います。立ち上げには装置1台あたり、約1か月～2か月程度かかります。
その後、お客様のニーズに応じた装置の修理、保守を行いながら、改良、修復、メンテナンスなどを幅広くお任せしています。装置に大きな不具合が生じた際には、装置の分析・解析を行い、専門領域のエンジニアと協力して解決策を講じます。

・複雑なマイクロプロセッサ制御の電気機械システムのトラブルシューティング技術
・手工具を使用する能力
・オシロスコープおよびDVMの実務知識
・電子/電気機械式の回路図および図面を解釈する能力
・多様な国籍のメンバーと協働で目標を達成する力
