Key responsibilities:
 Participate in the Software Development Process:
 Submit requirements based on customer input and field experience.
 Review specifications and designs as a customer advocate.
 Review release notes and be prepared to explain new features and bug fixes to
customers.
 Present new software releases to the customer base.
 Travel to customer factories as needed to provide timely and effective software support.
 Diagnose, document and resolve software issues in the field.
 Work closely with Product Team including software & hardware engineers, process engineers
and marketing to develop requirements and design definition for software features.
 Work with Product Support to investigate and resolve field reported issues on released products.
 Work with Software Quality Group to test on Product simulators.
 Conduct training sessions for customers on how to use our software products effectively.
 Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Requirements:
 Experience with command level scripting for MS Windows and other operating systems.
 C# programming skills. PowerShell scripting skills.
 Understanding of SW development cycle, from requirements to testing, integration and delivery.
 Systems Management Experience with MS Windows.
 A team-player attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
 Ability to travel and to work in a Clean Room environment.
 Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Education
 Minimum BS CS or related Engineering degree with experience in software development

Experience with the following, a plus, but not required:
 Experience with Manufacturing Communication protocols, specifically SECS/GEM.
 Ethernet TCP/IP and RS-232 communication interfaces
