業務概要：
成膜装置の操作・点検・解析業務を中心に、クリーンルーム内での作業を担当します。
主な業務内容：
- 成膜装置の操作、日常点検、起動・停止
- 除害設備の起動・停止
- 成膜作業前準備（ウエハ立て替え、クーポン準備）
- 成膜、SemiAuto、パージ等の開始操作
- クーポンサンプルのWet処理・TEM観察依頼
- 膜厚測定器・パーティクル測定器による測定
- 装置改造・保守作業の補助
- 成膜装置の完全停止・起動補助
- TEM測長、EDS解析などの解析業務
- クリーンルーム内作業（FOSB/FOUP管理、クーポンサンプル作成・管理）
- ウエハの運搬・整理・回収
- FOUP、Couponケースのクリーニング
必要なスキル・経験：
- 半導体製造装置の基本操作経験
- クリーンルームでの作業経験
- チームでの協働力と柔軟な対応力
