Job's mission
What you will be working on
-
Drive end-to-end planning processes covering demand, supply, inventory, and execution planning

Develop and manage integrated planning strategies to ensure material availability and service continuity

Lead demand forecasting validation and ensure alignment with supply and operational capabilities

Monitor and optimize inventory levels, including E&O, safety stock, and rebalancing activities
-
Ensure planning data accuracy and maintain master data integrity across systems (e.g., SAP, MRP)Proactively identify supply risks and drive mitigation actions, including expediting and reallocation

Partner with cross-functional teams (Service, Logistics, Procurement, Operations) to align planning and execution

Lead regular planning reviews, performance tracking, and KPI reporting

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, tools, and systems

Support NPI planning, lifecycle management, and transition strategies
What we are looking for
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
-
Minimum 12 years of experience in planning, supply chain, or manufacturing environmentProven experience in end-to-end planning, including demand, supply, and inventory management

Strong leadership capability with experience managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives

Solid understanding of planning systems (e.g., SAP, MRP) and supply chain processes

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights
-
Business-level English communication skills for global collaboration

High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Hands-on experience in integrated business planning (IBP / S&OP / S&OE) processes
