  • Own PPV analysis and forecasting, including development of forward‑looking PPV outlooks based on purchase commitments and pricing agreements.
  • Track, analyze, and explain material cost movements, headwinds, tailwinds, and savings realization versus targets.
  • Support development of cost savings pipelines, bridging sourcing initiatives to financial outcomes.
  • Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support sourcing negotiations, pricing discussions, and management reviews.

Financial Planning, Reporting & Controls

  • Drive the annual budget and monthly forecasting process for cost savings, purchase price variances (PPV), and sourcing team’s budget.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting on procurement financial performance, including variance analysis and commentary for senior leadership
  • Partner with sourcing and operations finance to prepare make-vs-buy analysis.
  • Support improvements in open PO exposure and material liability assessments, working closely with Supply Chain and Procurement.
