Job Brief

We are seeking a Financial Control Manger to join our finance team in Korea. This position includes mainly facilitating preparation and review of all budget, forecast and analysis processes which is to help the business unit to make well informed decisions.

You will also provide overall finance support and work closely with the business(supporting) unit in building and refining the strategy and financial projections for the business.

 

Job Description

  • Prepare rolling financial forecast for revenue, order related cost and other cogs on a monthly basis
  • Perform COGS analysis(variance and trends)
  • Work with business unit 2(hereafter “BU2”) to build their annual budgets
  • Review I&Q cost and warranty activity
  • Improve performance or provide timely financial recommendation by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies
  • Perform planning and forecasting Opex and Capex for BU2
  • Support BU2 to prepare the business’s financial and strategy plan
  • Work closely with finance shared service center in Singapore to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Financial closing
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Input process improvement and policy development
  • Engage in various financial related projects
  • Business partnering and consulting for BU2 organization

 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field
  • 10~15 years of work-related experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong knowledge of accountings and finance
  • A good business acumen.
  • High analytical skills with an ability to solve complex problems.
  • SAP experience and knowledge preferred
