Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop business opportunities in Advanced Packaging or CMP market at TSMC 
  • Identify customer’s key opinion leaders and build strong relationships 
  • Work closely with business units to drive product penetrations 
  • Create well throughout business plans and account profiles. Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals 
  • Monitor market competitions and customer trends. Analyze and proactively respond to the changes to keep Company and products competitive 
  • Ensure all customer related matters are addressed and attended well 

 

Job Location : Hsinchu; travel in Taiwan required (<40%) 

 

Requirements 

  • BS/BE or above 
  • 7+ years proven experiences in Sales, Account Manager or relevant role 
  • 3+ years experiences working with TSMC in Advanced Packaging or CMP related markets 
  • Good prioritizing capability, self-motivated and passionate 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English 
  • Strong negotiation skill with well planned & aligned strategies to close deals for maximized benefits for the Company 
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
