Job's mission
As part of our global Talent, Leadership & Culture Center of Expertise, you’ll help shape the way we grow talent and culture at ASM. You’ll design innovative learning and employee engagement experiences that unlock leadership potential, power our people’s growth, and fuel the innovation that ASM is known for. What you will be working on
- Design and deliver blended learning programs that build technical, behavioral, and leadership capabilities.
- Conduct capability assessments and translate insights from talent reviews into learning priorities.
- Lead and scale programs such as Leadership Development journeys and Power Skills masterclasses.
- Assess learning impact and drive ROI for development initiatives.
- Apply adult learning principles and leverage a wide variety of delivery methods, including e-learning, coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job learning.
- Create engaging digital learning experiences using modern tools and platforms.
- Partner closely with stakeholders across the Technical Training, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards teams as well as People Partners to implement learning and culture initiatives.
- Co-lead the development and execution of Culture initiatives partnering with People Partners and people managers at all levels
- Lead the Employee Engagement end-to-end process managing ASM external partner
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging (ID&B) initiatives globally and regionally
- Oversee operational aspects of L&D and culture programs including vendor management and logistics.
- Coach and support managers and employees in fostering a growth mindset.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning Management, Instructional Design, HR Development, or a related field is required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in L&D, Talent, or Culture roles with a strong track record in designing and implementing corporate learning programs.
- Expertise in capability analysis, learning strategy, and program delivery across global or regional teams.
- Strong experience in digital learning design and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent project management skills and stakeholder partnership capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, required for collaborating with global and regional stakeholders
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational excellence with a hands-on spirit.
What sets you apart
- Master’s degree in a related field is preferred but not essential
- Professional Certifications in Coaching, Hogan, MBTI, Insights, or similar tools
- Experience in driving Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging and employee engagement strategies.
- Background in high-tech, consulting, or similarly dynamic industries.
- Proven success working in matrixed, multicultural, and fast-paced environments.
- Mandarin language ability is a plus, to support stakeholders or projects requiring Mandarin communication
