Manager, People Process Optimization

We are seeking a Manager, People Process Optimization, to join our Center of Excellence (COE) in Almere, Netherlands. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our HR processes and systems to ensure seamless service delivery for our global business units. You will bring your expertise to optimize systems, improve processes, and promote innovative solutions that support a dynamic, high-performing HR organization.

What You Will Be Working On:

• Act as the global process owner for the people team, interfacing with other corporate process owners.
• Optimize HR processes and systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhance the employee experience.
• Partner with the global people organization to deeply understand needs and connect the dots.
• Drive and manage automation initiatives and implement process improvements.
• Develop and deliver user-friendly documentation and training materials for stakeholders.
•Champion the HR portal as the primary resource for employees and managers.
• Oversee the testing and rollout of system updates and enhancements
• Provide project management expertise to key global HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Lead the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core HR systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Manage mass data uploads and generate accurate, insightful reports.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 
• At least 8 years of experience managing HR processes and systems. 
• The ideal candidate has a Lean Six Sigma qualification(s)
• Proficiency with HRMS platforms such as SuccessFactors.
• Expertise in HR service delivery, system administration, and process optimization.
• Proven track record in managing global system implementation projects.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment.
