Job's mission

This role is vital to the operational heartbeat of ASM’s Singapore manufacturing site. You’ll help drive production excellence, support ramp-ups, and optimize cleanroom processes that directly contribute to the technology behind AI, 5G, and advanced chipmaking. If you love working hands-on and solving problems in a fast-paced, high-tech environment — this is where you can thrive.

What you will be working on

  • Drive production ramp-up, ensuring readiness for new product introductions
  • Manage production schedule and WIP to meet delivery timelines
  • Identify and implement improvements in cleanroom operations
  • Support line troubleshooting and yield improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Planning) for seamless issue resolution
  • Own and update process documentation and work instructions
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action for line issues

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in cleanroom environments 
  • Hands-on knowledge of process optimization and troubleshooting
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

What sets you apart

  • Experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
  • Familiarity with ERP and MES systems
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
