Lead short- and long-term corrective actions for tools built at domestic and global sites.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in hands-on environments to meet quality, cost, and cycle time goals.
-
Apply DFx principles to reduce defects in early product development (e.g., Design for Test, Design for Reliability).

Manage and analyze complex data (e.g., defect logs, test results) to drive decisions.
-
Facilitate Kaizen events focused on product improvements before high-volume transition.
-
Support hands-on tool builds alongside technicians when needed to meet operational milestones.
Minimum Qualifications

-
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strict safety protocols.
-
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and executive reporting.
-
Eagerness to pursue Six Sigma certification (yellow, green, or black belt).
-
Positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Hobbies or hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, or robotics projects.
-
Experience in semiconductor or related technical fields.
-
Familiarity with SAP S4 HANA, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data platforms.
