ASM is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead our global Complete Kit Management (CKM) programs for one of our top-tier customers. This role is responsible for product marketing, operations execution, program financials, while driving customer and supplier engagement to support program growth. This position will be based in Oregon at our Portland office and reports directly to the Director of Product Marketing.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead meetings with current and prospective CKM customers.
  • Develop and manage customer marketing presentations.
  • Execute on operations and logistics to ensure parts availability. 
  • Build and maintain cost models to support customer value propositions. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business continuity planning (BCP) for CKM. 
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept and development to high-volume manufacturing and product retirement. 
  • Align lifecycle strategies with customer needs and organizational goals. 
  • Maintain and update the CKM product roadmap through customer insights and stakeholder input. 
  • Align team resources and project priorities with roadmap objectives. 
  • Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities within the CKM space. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze total cost of ownership (TCO), cost of consumables (CoC), cost of ownership (CoO), and develop program forecasts. 
  • Support financial planning activities for CKM programs. 
  • Drive market research and business case development for new product opportunities. 
  • Develop promotional materials for conferences, product launches, and training sessions. 
  • Equip global sales teams with the tools and knowledge to promote CKM offerings effectively. 
  • Finalize bills of materials (BOMs) and part lifecycles. 
  • Ensure timely and high-quality CKM deliveries ensuring customer satisfaction. 
  • Lead customer demo activities and prioritize development initiatives. 
  • Prepare executive-level strategies and justifications for R&D investments. 
  • Present product strategies and roadmaps for leadership alignment and approval. 

Requirements: 

  • BS in Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering. 
  • 5–10 years in the semiconductor industry or related fields. 
  • Experience in product marketing, operations, supply chain, logistics, parts expediting. 
  • Proven success in direct customer and supplier engagement. 
  • Self-motivated with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills required. 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite. 
  • Customer-focused, results-oriented, and highly collaborative. 
  • Up to 25% travel (domestic and international) may be required.
