The Senior Analyst, Finance (FP&A) supports the Global Services & Spares business within a fast-paced semiconductor equipment environment. As a key finance business partner, this role delivers financial insight, governance, and analytical rigor to drive operational efficiency, margin improvement, and informed decision-making.
This is a hands-on, highly visible role requiring strong business acumen, analytical depth, and the ability to influence stakeholders across regions and functions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Decision Support
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to Services & Spares leadership and regional teams.
- Translate data into clear insights, scenarios, and recommendations that influence decisions.
- Drive performance discussions through metrics, dashboards, and operational KPIs.
Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management
- Own full P&L support for the business, including revenue, margin, OpEx, and strategic investments.
- Lead annual planning, monthly forecasting, and performance reviews; deliver variance analysis against actuals.
- Prepare and maintain P&L projections and management reporting packages for weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.
- Lead month-end close activities for the supported regions/business, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.
Governance, Controls & Inventory
- Support internal and external audit requirements with clear documentation and follow-through.
- Oversee controls related to customer consignment inventory and inventory accounting processes.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and best practices; IFRS familiarity preferred.
Analytics, Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support new business models, pricing, and operational opportunities.
- Automate recurring activities (e.g., data extraction, forecasting models, reporting workflows) to reduce manual effort.
- Support design and implementation of new business process flows in a global, matrixed environment.
- Contribute to cross-functional finance initiatives that elevate planning, reporting, and business insight.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant finance experience, including FP&A, forecasting, and month-end close.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset.
- Proven ability to partner with and influence cross-functional stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Experience with fully integrated ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting insights to management.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
- Background in semiconductor, high technology, or manufacturing environments.
- Experience with data visualization and advanced financial modeling.
