Role Summary

This role is responsible for supporting commercial operations, including quotation management, billing, procurement coordination, vendor management, and customer-related system operations. The position ensures accurate transaction processing, timely customer support, and efficient coordination across internal teams and external partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer quotation processes, including preparation and follow-up of E-quotations
  • Support service request (SR) uploads and system operations for customer platforms (e.g., TSMC system)
  • Prepare business unit (BU) meeting materials and support regular reporting needs
  • Handle customer billing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Process invoice goods receipt (GR) for normal and CKM transactions on a daily basis
  • Maintain and update pay service lists and new purchase orders (POs)
  • Support vendor onboarding, including vendor code application and data setup
  • Review and maintain vendor information accuracy on a regular or case-by-case basis
  • Manage expense-related activities, including taxi, delivery, and CTSI-related costs
  • Conduct NDA review and tracking to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Support procurement-related activities, including participation in annual procurement audits
  • Handle TSMC profile management and related administrative updates
  • Provide general operational support, including finance-related coordination (e.g., invoice scanning) and logistics handling (e.g., receiving goods at office)

 

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to handle high-volume transactional tasks
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data and financial processing
  • Familiarity with procurement, billing, or order management processes
  • Good communication skills for working with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in order management, billing, or commercial operations support
  • Familiarity with customer systems (e.g., TSMC platforms)
  • Experience in vendor management or procurement processes
  • Basic understanding of audit and compliance requirements
