As a People Services at ASM, you will be part of our People team, playing a critical role in driving end-to-end People Services excellence in China.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about operational excellence, process improvement, and employee experience, and who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will work closely with China People Head, Global Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and regional teams to ensure seamless execution of HR processes, while continuously enhancing efficiency and scalability.

What You Will Mainly Focus
• Deliver accurate, timely, and compliant HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, payroll, benefits etc.
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy, service quality, and regulatory compliance, including social insurance, IIT, and RSU/LTI administration
• Manage external vendors and drive timely issue resolution to ensure service efficiency and quality
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize HR processes, driving standardization and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve scalability
• Partner with Global CoEs and regional teams to translate global HR initiatives locally and align with changing business needs
• Participate in or lead local HR projects and change initiatives, providing insights to continuously improve solutions
• Enhance employee experience by improving key touchpoints (e.g., onboarding) and delivering responsive, high-quality HR support

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services
• Solid understanding of China labor law and HR compliance requirements
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and data management
• Experience in process improvement or HR projects is a strong plus
