Job's mission
As Senior / Lead, People Process & Services, Global at ASM, you play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact HR support across the employee lifecycle within a dynamic, global, and innovation-driven organization globally. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you contribute to shaping a world-class employee experience while ensuring operational excellence in HR service delivery.
You will lead the development and execution of the People Services Transformation Roadmap in ASM, supporting process harmonization, system optimization, and service delivery improvements across the regions working alongside other Data, Process, System team members. You collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement in people's operations.
This is an individual contributor position with overseers on People Services region leads across US, Europe, and Asia. This role asks for a unique combination of operational excellence, transformation and project management skills and competencies.

What you will be working on
Strategic Contributions
- Support the implementation of global and regional HR initiatives and programs.
- Lead the People Services transformation roadmap, focusing on process standardization, automation, and scalability.
- Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and improved employee experience.
- Participate in change management efforts related to organizational transformation and system enhancements.
- Lead People Services region leads as part of governance team to drive global alignment and operational excellence within regions.
Operational Excellence
- Enable People Services in the region / Establish standard to deliver high-quality, timely support across core HR processes including onboarding, transfers, mobility, exits, payroll and employee data management.
- Enable People Services in the region / Establish standard to maintain HRIS data integrity and support reporting and analytics requests.
- Enable People Services in the region / Establish standard to ensure global process compliance and standards.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Mobility, Payroll (external), and other HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of user-friendly documentation and training materials.
- Participate in global HR projects and contribute to the development of best practices across regions.
What we are looking for
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR Operations experience in a global, matrixed organization.
- Experience in leading HR transformation in a People Services setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
- Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Comfortable with flexible working hours to support global collaboration.
