We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in the development and improvement of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, specifically focusing on chambers, gas/vacuum units, and other critical components and mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development of components and mechanisms, including concept creation, feasibility studies, and practical evaluation/testing.
- Develop new equipment and functionalities, as well as improve existing equipment, from specification review to detailed design.
- Design mechanisms and piping for existing equipment.
- Select parts and control devices, and conduct technical evaluations.
- Prepare various instruction manuals and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Structural analysis skills.
- Experience in designing semiconductor deposition equipment or plasma equipment
Education:
- Master's degree or above in relevant field
