外資系企業ながら開発拠点が日本にあり、CVD装置は研究開発から製造・部品調達、カスタマイズまで全て日本で行う当社にて、『機械設計開発エンジニア』を担って頂きます。
【業務内容】
■コンポーネントおよびメカニズムの研究開発(コンセプト作成、実現可能性調査、実用評価/テストを含む)
■新しい装置や機能の開発および既存装置の改善(仕様レビューから詳細設計まで)
■既存装置のメカニズムおよび配管の設計
■部品および制御装置の選定と技術評価
■各種取扱説明書およびドキュメントの作成
【必須条件】
■製品ライフサイクル管理(PLM)の経験
■構造解析スキル
■2D/3D CADに精通していること■ビジネスレベルの英語力
【特徴】ALD装置において市場シェア50％以上をもつ、ウェハ処理用の半導体プロセス装置の大手サプライヤであるASM International N.V.の日本法人。高精度な薄膜形成を可能にし、微細化が進む最先端の半導体製造プロセスにおいては非常に重要な役割を担うALD技術を専門領域にもち、他の半導体装置メーカーとの差別化。流動比率500％、自己資本比率90％以上という圧倒的な財務基盤を誇るため、安定した開発が可能な環境です。
