Snr Sales Support Specialist II, Order Management (for EU/US/SEA)
Join our dynamic Global Sales Operations team as a Senior Sales Support Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in supporting regional activities! In this exciting position, you'll be the go-to point of contact for Account teams managing customers in Europe, the United States, and Southeast Asia.
You'll take charge of driving accurate business forecasting, managing the complete Order-to-Cash process, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring operational excellence, delighting our customers, and achieving the company’s ambitious quarterly and annual business goals!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify and flag potential upsides or risks related to quarterly and annual targets to drive success.
- Consolidate and analyze business data to support executive and operational reporting, providing valuable insights.
- Take charge of the full Order-to-Cash process, including order booking, shipment, and payment tracking.
- Be the primary point of contact for the EU/US/SEA Account teams in managing business forecastsFacilitate forecast alignment and slotting processes with internal departments, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare quotations and configurations in ERP systems, ensuring accuracy.
- Review and validate customer documentation to guarantee timely and precise order processing.
- Monitor customer acceptance (FA), payment status, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to maintain efficiency.
- Work hand-in-hand with Finance on managing bundled/package deals and monitoring customer credit.
- Act as the regional representative for periodic audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls.
What Will Make You Successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in sales operations or a business-related field, preferably in the semiconductor equipment industry.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively connect with teams.
- Proficient in SAP, CRM, Salesforce, and BI power to leverage technology in your role.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams, bringing diverse perspectives together.
- Highly proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with ease.
